Our stage,
Shared in 4 ways
SoundsTruck NW presents its own community programs and also shares its mobile stage in four distinct ways
Mission-Aligned Rentals
For nonprofit and community organizations, we offer mission-aligned stage rentals at reduced rates.
Please share your mission and event goals to help us determine mission alignment and partnership priority.
This model allows us to:
Keep the stage accessible to nonprofits with limited resources
Support a wide range of community-led events
Sustain our operations while staying mission-focused
We serve as a presenter or co-presenter, collaborating with nonprofit partners to design and create impactful community events together.
From early planning through event day, we work closely with partners to shape programming, production, and audience experience for greater collective impact.
This model allows us to:
Create thoughtfully designed, high-quality public programs
Combine resources, expertise, and audiences
Deepen community engagement through shared leadership
Collaborative Community Event Presentation
In-Kind Stage Sponsorships
For large-scale public events (typically 1,500+ attendees), we offer our stage at a significant in-kind discount.
In return, the sponsorship recipient helps amplify SoundsTruck NW by sharing our stage and mission through event promotion, acknowledgments, and on-site visibility.
This model allows us to:
Support high-impact community events
Reach new audiences
Build long-term awareness of SoundsTruck NW and our mobile stage
Private Rentals
We offer private stage rentals for celebrations and gatherings seeking a unique, professional outdoor stage experience.
Private rentals provide full access to our mobile stage while helping financially support our nonprofit mission.
This model allows us to:
Generate earned income to sustain community programming
Offer a distinctive experience for private events
Balance mission-driven work with long-term financial health
Ideal for:
Weddings
Corporate events
Private celebrations
